How to Re-Enroll an Existing Student:

Here is a quick guide on how to: (Always use Google Chrome)

  1. Log in to

  2. On the left-hand side of the screen are vertical icons, click ‘User Management

  3. Once in 'User Management' find the student’s name.

  4. To the right of the student’s name, you will see a box that says 'View', please click on 'View’ 

  5. Once in the student’s profile, click ‘Allocate Hours’ the third option under Student Details

  6. In the ‘Allocate Hours’ section, you can add a class in the ‘New Class Details’ section towards the bottom of the page

  7. Continue filling out the assignment as normal, adding a start date and an end date, and a total number of hours that should be completed over the course of the new assignment. 

  8. At the end, please remember to click 'Save' first on the left-hand side of the screen, then 'Finish on the right-hand side to ensure it registers.

Please add new classes to the student's original profile. Only classes need to be added, the student does not need to be uploaded to the system multiple times. This will cause the student to have multiple login accounts and could result in them losing archived mini-lessons or work.
