How to Edit Point of Contact Information:
(Always use Google Chrome)
Log in to iTutor.com
On the left-hand side of the screen are vertical icons, please find the 'User Management' and click. (Looks like a cog with a person in the middle of it)
Once in 'User Management' find the student’s name.
To the right of the student’s name, you will see a box that says 'View', please click that 'View Box'
You will now see 3 vertical dots on the left side of the screen, please click 'Academic Info'.
Choose the ‘Point of Contact in School’ Tab, and click ‘Add Point of Contact,’ to add a new point of contact as normal, or click the pencil icon to the right, to edit the current contact.
Pro-Tip: Remember, if you’re adding a new administrator as a point of contact to your district, each student will need to have that point of contact added in the same manner.
