Welcome to iTutor, you will soon experience a new way of learning with cutting edge technology in our virtual classroom with iTutor educators! Below is a list of step by step instructions and tutorial videos for you to get acquainted with the iTutor Learning Management System and iTutor Classroom. How to Login to the iTutor LMS

  1. Go to
  2. Type in your username and password. Username and Password can be found in your welcome email. If you are having trouble finding your username and password please email or call 1(855)-694-8886.
  3.  Click Login.
  4. It is recommended to change your password. Click on the My Profile  button  found on the left side of page.
  5. Then click on "Change Password."
  6. Enter your current password, type in your new password, and then confirm your new password. Click Save. 

How to Launch an iTutor Class Session

  1. Click on the All Classes button  found on the left side of page.
  2. Select "Upcoming" Tab. 
  3. Find your live class session at the top of the schedule. 
  4. Click on "Launch Classroom."

How to View a Class Recording or Mini Lesson

  1. Click on the All Classes button  found on the left side of page.
  2. Select "Past" Tab.
  3. Find the class session you want to review.
  4. Click on the Recording button found to the right side of the class information.
  5. Press play.

How to Use the iTutor Messaging System

  1. Click on the iTutor Messaging System button  found on the left side of page.
  2. Click on "Compose."
  3. Type in your iTutor Educator's name.
  4. Add a subject, message body, and/or attachments. 
  5. Click on Send.

How to Use the iTutor Drive (File Upload and Sharing)

  1. Click on the iTutor Drive button  found on the left side of page.
  2. Select "Upload."
  3. Drag and Drop all files you wish to upload. Click "Upload All."
  4. Right click on a file to share with an iTutor educator.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I am having technical difficulty connecting to a class session? 

What if I am unable to attend a scheduled class session? 

  • If you are unable to attend class, a parent may submit a Reschedule Form 3 business hours or earlier before the class is scheduled to begin.(Business Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm EST) (Note: This form must be submitted by a parent, email address of respondent must be one of the parent email addresses we have on file or we will not accept the reschedule request). We will cancel the class for you, and reach out to the educator to try and reschedule. Due to limited educator availability please provide as much availability as possible to help us reschedule the class. If no reschedule availability is provided we will use the availability window we received from you at the time of enrollment. If the educator is unable to reschedule due to availability constraints we will be unable to accommodate a reschedule.
  • If you are unable to attend a class, and it begins within the next 3 business hours we will be unable to reschedule the class and the educator will leave a mini lesson for half the class time. Please see the tutorial video above on how to view mini lessons.

What if I need to change my entire schedule? 

  • iTutor can reach out to your educator to determine if they are available to adjust the schedule to the new availability you have provided. If the educator is unable to adjust the schedule due to availability constraints, we will be unable to accommodate this request.
